In a one-quarterback dynasty league, a manager usually needs fewer starting quarterbacks than in Superflex. That changes how a quarterback compares with a receiver, running back, tight end, or rookie pick. This page starts with the 1QB reference table selected. Add the assets each side receives, review the difference, and test a balancing pick without signing in. Keep your actual league rules in view: roster depth, scoring, and team count can change how useful an apparently even package will be.
Start with the correct reference table
This page defaults to 1QB and retains scoring, tight end premium, and team-count controls. A Superflex quarterback value should not be copied into a one-quarterback offer and treated as comparable.
Example: trade a quarterback for a receiver
Add a starting quarterback to one side and a receiver to the other, then test a mid second-round pick. Switching the format is a useful sensitivity check, but use the format your league actually plays when making the decision.
Look beyond a numerical tie
A second bench quarterback and a weekly starting receiver can have different utility even when an aggregate model puts them close together. Consider the players you would start and the bench player you would have to cut.
Questions before you trade?
Does this use the Superflex table with a label changed?
No. Selecting 1QB changes the reference values used for assets. The methodology page explains where the inputs and subsequent adjustments come from.
Should I ignore quarterback age in 1QB?
No. Age and job security can still affect dynasty value. The format changes positional scarcity rather than removing all quarterback differences.
Can I compare rookie picks with veteran players?
Yes. Add a pick by year, round, and expected early, mid, or late position alongside players.
