This fantasy football trade calculator is built for dynasty leagues, where the value of a player extends beyond this week’s projected points. Choose 1QB or Superflex, match your reception scoring, and add players or future rookie picks to each side. The comparison includes a model gap and possible balancing asset. Use a different approach for a pure redraft start-or-sit decision: a dynasty value includes longer-term considerations and should not be treated as a forecast of the next game or the rest of the season.
Dynasty is different from redraft
An older productive player and a younger developmental player can have very different short-term and long-term utility. This tool compares dynasty assets. It does not claim to forecast next-week points or rest-of-season redraft rankings.
Example: future pick for a current starter
Add a veteran starter to one side and a future first-round pick to the other. Use early, mid, and late scenarios rather than assuming the pick position is guaranteed.
